the constitution also guarantees the right to own a gun.......yet some democrats want to do away with that and the 2nd amendment is constantly being challenged in court lately

so since what the constitution says doesnt seem to matter much anymore.......why shouldnt we require voters to have a minimum iq to actually prove they understand the issues and arent just ignorant fools voting in a popularity contest?
